Mombasa: Tours
Mombasa
Known as the white and blue city in Kenya, Mombasa Island is linked to its mainland by causeway, bridge, and ferry. Being the chief port of the country, Mombasa is a melting pot of languages and cultures from all sides of the Indian Ocean.
Don't miss the visit of Old Town with its strongly Middle Eastern influences, its narrow streets, high houses with carved ornamental balconies, mosques and temples. It is also the site of Fort Jesus, built by the Portuguese and now a museum. Travel tip: get a local guide to take you around one of the famous market, you will not regret it!
Passed Nyali bridge on the North of the Island and you will find hotels and resorts, residential houses, and long white sand beaches.
